MJD Acquisition

Ezyquip is most thrilled to officially announce our recent acquisition of MJD Mechanical Services, a heavy machinery specialist, primarily focused on mining and earthmoving machinery.

MJD Mechanical is a family-owned business founded in the year 2000. Their focus is on quality, reliability, and a safe work culture. From beginnings based on servicing the rural construction industry, it has gradually expanded conservatively due to repeated demand for quality, timely and personal service.

It is Ezyquip’s continuous goal to grow and improve our internal repairs department and our acquisition of MJD is an obvious decision that will be invaluable to meeting this goal.
On top of assisting Ezyquip’s internal operations, MJD will continue to operate as heavy machinery specialists.
